The fully automatic sensing pallet conveyor can adapt to different sizes of pallets and, in combination with the palletizer, completes the stacking of cartons.
The system is mature with automatic 3D pallet- izing, no programming re quired. Just input the carton dimensions (L* W* H) and pallet dimen- sions (L * W * H), select the corresponding pallet- izing pattern, and the op-eration can be started with a single click.
The palletizing platform integrates collaborative robots, power supply, pneumatics, and lift columns into one system. lt can be fully deployed and operational within 3 hours of installation.
The system uses ad- vanced electromagnetic brakes with collision alarm functions. In case of collision with a person, emergency power failure, or sudden stop, the ro- bot’s position will imme- diately lock in place. CE/UL certifications are fully compliant.
