12-Lane Wet Wipes Production Line for High-Capacity Manufacturing
The core value of a high-capacity wet wipe production system lies not only in increased speed, but also in consistent and stable production, compatibility with various product specifications, and control of long-term operating costs. Through its multi-channel synchronous production design, the SUNY 12-line wet wipe production line enables the continuous manufacture of wet wipes in packs of 20–120 sheets, providing a stable production solution for products such as baby wipes, alcohol wipes, disinfectant wipes, and make-up removal wipes.
12-Line Synchronised Production Design Boosts Overall Capacity
Compared with traditional single-line or multi-channel equipment, the 12-line wet wipe production line employs a twelve-channel parallel operation mode. After undergoing processes such as unwinding, folding, liquid application, cutting, counting, stacking and packaging, the non-woven fabric outputs finished products synchronously, effectively reducing waiting times at individual workstations.
For a product specification of 60 wipes per pack, the equipment achieves a maximum output of 60 packs per minute, equivalent to approximately 3,600 packs per hour. Calculated at 60 wipes per pack, this translates to over 210,000 wipes produced per hour, meeting the large-scale production requirements of medium to large-sized wet wipe manufacturers.
Supports the production of wet wipes in various specifications ranging from 20 to 120 sheets
The SUNY 12-line wet wipe production line supports switching between various packaging specifications, including 20, 40, 60, 80 and 120 sheets, making it suitable for the production of products such as baby care wipes, alcohol wipes, kitchen cleaning wipes, disinfectant wipes and make-up removal wipes.
The equipment’s liquid dispensing system employs a metered control method, allowing the liquid dosage to be adjusted according to different product requirements, thereby ensuring uniform moisture levels and product consistency. The packaging section supports both lid-sealed packaging and conventional sealing methods, enabling enterprises to rapidly adjust their product range in response to market demand whilst minimising investment in additional equipment.
Factory trial runs to verify actual production capacity
When procuring wet wipe machinery, theoretical specifications do not fully reflect the equipment’s actual performance. The equipment’s ability to operate stably, the consistency of the finished product, and the failure rate during continuous production often determine the factory’s operational efficiency in the long term.
Compared to video tests showing only no-load operation, trial runs using real materials provide a more intuitive reflection of the equipment’s performance in an actual production environment, whilst also offering a reference for customers’ subsequent production capacity planning and factory layout
