The 20-roll wet wipes production line is an automated system designed for high-volume wet wipe manufacturing. The wet wipe production line showcased here was custom-built for an American client. The entire machine utilises a 20-roll automatic raw material feeding system, enabling the simultaneous continuous unwinding of multiple rolls of non-woven fabric, thereby effectively boosting production efficiency. The equipment primarily comprises an automatic unwinding system, a folding system, a liquid application system, a dual-stacking system, and a packaging system.

During production, the non-woven fabric first enters the automatic folding area, where consistent folding is achieved through stable tension control. The equipment then automatically completes the liquid application process, ensuring uniform liquid content in the wipes. Compared to traditional equipment requiring significant manual intervention, this type of automated wipe machine reduces material waste whilst improving the consistency of the finished product.

Automatic packaging system boosts production efficiency.

In addition to the core wet wipe production section, this production line integrates an automatic packaging system capable of performing processes such as automatic bagging, sealing, and lid application. Depending on customer requirements, a lid applicator and automatic case packing system can also be added to further reduce manual labour.
