A client from Libya recently visited the SUNY Wipes Machine facility to inspect and test the ordered 6-lane fully automatic wet wipes production line.

During the acceptance process, the client examined the machine’s structure, operating performance, and finished product quality. The production line was tested under operating conditions, allowing the client to observe the folding, liquid application, and packaging processes directly.

The finished wet wipes showed uniform folding and secure sealing. The client expressed satisfaction with the machine’s operation and overall manufacturing quality, confirming that the equipment met their acceptance expectations.

6-Lane Wet Wipes Machine: Equipment and Production Process

The 6 Roll Wet Wipes Production Line uses six production lanes to process wet wipe materials simultaneously. Compared with single-lane equipment, the multi-lane configuration increases output potential and is suitable for manufacturers handling larger orders.

The production process begins with nonwoven fabric unwinding. The material is then folded and cut into the required wipe dimensions. A liquid dosing system applies the specified amount of solution to the wipes, after which the finished products are transferred to the packaging section for sealing.

The machine’s PLC control system coordinates the main operating parameters, including production timing, material feeding, and liquid dosing. This helps maintain consistent moisture levels and reduces manual adjustments during operation. Actual output depends on wipe size, folding format, packaging specifications, and material characteristics.
