Composition and Workflow
The carton forming, filling and sealing production line is an end-of-line (EOL) automated packaging system, typically comprising an automatic carton opener, a robotic filling system, an automatic carton sealer and palletising equipment. Each piece of equipment is connected via a conveyor system to enable fully automated operation throughout the entire process.
During production, flat cardboard sheets first enter the automatic carton opener, where the equipment uses mechanical mechanisms to fold, form and seal the bottom of the cartons. Subsequently, the products are conveyed and positioned, after which a robot or automatic gripping mechanism fills the cartons according to preset quantities and arrangements. Once filled, the cartons automatically proceed to the sealing station, where the top is sealed using either tape or hot-melt adhesive. Finally, they are conveyed to the automatic palletising area, ready for warehousing and logistics transport.
The entire system can be custom-designed according to product dimensions, packaging specifications and factory layout, enabling rapid changeovers between different product specifications to meet the demands of multi-variety, small-batch and continuous production.

The robotic case-packing system can automatically adjust its gripping method according to different products, making it suitable for both regular-shaped packaging and certain irregularly shaped products.
