In terms of liquid application, the equipment supports both soaking and spraying modes, allowing the uniformity of liquid penetration to be adjusted according to different wet wipe functions (such as baby care and disinfectant cleaning), thereby reducing issues of localised dry or wet patches.

When integrated with a packaging machine, it achieves a matching speed of up to 110 packs per minute, suitable for small packaging sizes ranging from 60 × 40 × 60 mm to 120 × 60 × 60 mm. This design enables it to reliably support the packaging requirements for mini packs, portable packs and e-commerce fast-moving consumer goods.
