The SUNY high-speed production line for mini-pack wet wipes utilises multi-station synchronous forming, precision folding, and a stable conveying system to achieve a continuous production capacity of 90–110 packs per minute, making it suitable for the industrial production of small-sized wet wipes.

Equipment Configuration and Production Capacity Structure

This mini-pack wet wipe production line is designed with 6–8-sheet packs as the core specification, focusing on resolving issues of ‘stability’ and ‘cycle consistency’ in the high-speed production of small packages. The entire system adopts a continuous-operation structure, realising fully integrated processing from non-woven fabric unwinding, solution application and moistening, folding and forming, to automatic slitting and packaging sealing.

Under standard operating conditions, the equipment can maintain a stable operating speed of 90–110 packs per minute. This production capacity range is primarily determined by three key control factors: servo feeding precision, control of folding synchronisation errors, and heat-sealing stability in the packaging section. Compared to traditional low- to medium-speed equipment, this system offers a significant advantage in terms of output per unit of time, making it suitable for large-scale order production.

Key Structural Designs for High-Speed, Stable Operation

Firstly, the multi-channel feeding design evenly distributes the tension across the non-woven fabric, preventing material misalignment or uneven stretching during high-speed operation. Secondly, the folding module employs a continuous mechanical folding structure, reducing cycle time loss caused by intermittent movements and ensuring that the folding action remains synchronised with the conveying speed.

The packaging section utilises a high-frequency heat-sealing and fixed-length cutting system, ensuring that every pack of wet wipes maintains consistent sealing and a neat appearance even at high speeds. Meanwhile, the overall dimensions of the machine are kept to approximately 4300 mm × 1200 mm, allowing for a complete production line layout within a limited space, making it suitable for installation in standard factory workshops.

This equipment is compatible with a wide range of product types, including alcohol wipes, disinfectant wipes, make-up removal wipes, personal care wipes, and catering cleaning wipes, offering strong product adaptability.
