SUNY Mini Pack Wet Wipes Production Line

The SUNY Mini Pack Wet Wipes Production Line is an automated system designed to manufacture mini-packs containing 6–8 wet wipes. Integrating non-woven fabric unwinding, folding, liquid dispensing, cutting, packaging, and sealing, it is suitable for producing small-format products such as portable wipes, hotel amenities, baby wipes, and cleaning wipes. The equipment boasts a production capacity of 90–110 packs per minute.

Equipment Structure and Production Process

The system primarily consists of an unwinding unit, a folding mechanism, a liquid dispensing system, a cutting unit, a packaging system, and a sealing unit. During production, the non-woven fabric is automatically conveyed and folded, then precisely cut to specified dimensions. Subsequently, liquid is added, and the product is bagged and heat-sealed, enabling a continuous manufacturing process from raw material to finished product.

Equipment Features and Applications

This production line features a compact design with dimensions of approximately 4300mm × 1200mm; its small footprint facilitates easy installation and maintenance. An automated control system enables adjustment of parameters—such as wipe dimensions, liquid dosage, and packaging speed—to meet diverse product requirements.

With a production speed of 90–110 packs per minute, the line is optimized for 6–8 count mini-packs. Depending on the configuration, it can produce a variety of products, including baby wipes, alcohol wipes, makeup removal wipes, and disinfecting wipes.

Compared to manual packaging, this automated line reduces manual labor and enhances packaging precision. It minimizes production errors, ensuring consistency across every pack in terms of wipe count, liquid content, and seal quality.
