Wipe Labeling Machine and Automatic Case Erector

After wet wipes are packed, the wipe labeling machine adds another important packaging step. It can apply self-adhesive labels to designated areas of the wet wipe package, helping manufacturers add product information, branding, promotional labels, or other packaging identification. Servo-driven labeling systems can provide controlled label feeding and positioning; some commercial wet wipe labeling systems specify capacities of around 20–60 packs/min and labeling accuracy of approximately ±1 mm, although actual output depends on product dimensions and label format.

At the end of the packaging section, the wet wipes case erector prepares cartons for secondary packaging. Instead of manually opening and forming each carton, the machine automatically picks up flat cartons, folds them into shape, and sends the erected cases to the next station. In one comparable automatic case-erector configuration, the equipment supports carton sizes from approximately 200–500 mm in length, 150–400 mm in width, and 100–400 mm in height, with a rated capacity of up to 10 cartons/min. Actual specifications should be selected according to the customer’s carton dimensions and packing arrangement.
