Core Equipment for Wet Wipe Production and Packaging

This fully automated wet wipe production line primarily comprises a wet wipe manufacturing unit, a packaging unit and a back-end cartoning system. The front-end equipment uses non-woven fabric rolls as raw material and, through processes such as automatic unwinding, folding, cutting and the metered addition of liquid, transforms dry fabric into wet wipes that meet the required specifications.

During the packaging stage, the equipment can automatically package individual wipes, small packs of wipes or multi-wipe packs. The system typically includes film roll conveyance, heat-sealing and forming, product inspection, and a plastic cap application unit. Notably, the automatic liquid dispensing system controls the dosage of disinfectant, cleaning solution or skincare solution according to product specifications, thereby reducing liquid volume deviations caused by manual operation and improving product consistency.

Automatic Case Erecting, Packing and Sealing System

To achieve continuous automation from production to dispatch, this production line can be integrated with an automatic case erector, an automatic case packer and a carton sealer.

The automatic case erector is primarily responsible for the automatic retrieval, unfolding, forming and bottom sealing of cardboard boxes. The equipment uses a mechanical structure to control the opening angle of the carton and maintain consistent dimensions, providing a standardised packaging space for subsequent case packing.

The automatic case packer automatically arranges and packs the finished wet wipe products into outer cartons according to the preset quantity. For example, each carton can be configured to contain 10 packs, 20 packs or other quantity specifications, depending on customer requirements. Compared to manual packing, the automatic case packing system reduces repetitive handling, increases packing speed and minimises errors caused by manual counting.

The carton sealer handles the final stage of the packaging process, automatically folding the flaps and sealing the top and bottom of the carton with tape, ensuring the finished cartons meet warehousing and transport requirements.
