Colombia Client Purchases 12 Lane Wet Wipes Production Line

Recently, SUNY Wipes Machine has secured another client in Colombia. The client has purchased a 12-line wet wipe production line for the large-scale manufacture of wet wipes. The equipment features simultaneous feeding of multiple rolls of raw material, combined with an automated control system, helping the client improve production efficiency and meet the wet wipe market’s production demands.

Features of the 12-line wet wipe production line

This 12-line wet wipe production line supports simultaneous processing of multiple rolls of non-woven fabric and can perform processes such as material unwinding, folding, metered liquid application, cutting, and packaging. Multi-line parallel production makes full use of the equipment’s operating time, making it suitable for wet wipe manufacturers with specific requirements for output and production stability.

The equipment is fitted with a touchscreen control system, allowing operators to configure relevant parameters and control production via the human-machine interface, thereby reducing the need for manual intervention. To address the issue of excess wipes resulting from raw material splices, the equipment features an automatic rejection function that identifies and removes such wipes, thereby reducing the risk of substandard products entering the packaging stage and minimising raw material wastage.

From Equipment Commissioning to Production Implementation

As part of this collaboration, the Colombian client selected SUNY’s 12-line wet wipe production line to further enhance their wet wipe manufacturing equipment configuration. For wet wipe manufacturers, selecting equipment requires not only a focus on production speed but also a careful consideration of packaging specifications, the number of wipes per pack, raw material characteristics, and the level of automation.
