16 Lane Wet Wipes Production Line Installed in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

SUNY has supplied a 16-lane wet wipes production line to a customer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The equipment has been installed in the customer’s production facility, providing a multi-lane manufacturing solution for wet wipes production.

Multi-Lane Design for Efficient Production

The 16-lane configuration allows multiple rows of nonwoven fabric to be processed simultaneously. Compared with single-lane equipment, a multi-lane production line can handle larger production volumes within the same operating period, making it suitable for manufacturers looking to expand their production capacity.

On-Site Installation in Riyadh

As shown in the project photos, the equipment is arranged inside a clean and spacious production workshop. The machine layout provides access for material feeding, daily operation, and routine maintenance. Protective covers are also used during the equipment installation and preparation stage to help keep key components clean.
