Greek Customer Installs 20-Lane Wet Wipes Production Line

A Greek customer has installed a complete wet wipes production and packaging solution, including a 20-lane wet wipes machine with double-end sealing and a 5–30 PCS automatic wet wipes production line. As shown at the customer’s facility, multiple rolls of nonwoven material are fed into the production line for continuous processing, including folding, liquid dosing, counting, and packaging. The multi-lane configuration is designed for stable production of wet wipes in different pack sizes.

The downstream section is also equipped with an automatic labeling machine and case packing machine, helping automate product labeling, collection, and carton packing after the wet wipes are packaged. With the production and secondary packaging equipment working together, the customer has established a more streamlined wet wipes manufacturing process, reducing manual handling and improving production efficiency.
