16-Line High-Speed Wet Wipes Production Line in Operation at Zhejiang Customer Site

The 16-line high-speed wet wipes production line has been successfully installed and is now running in full-scale production at a customer facility in Zhejiang, China. The system is operating with stable performance, continuously delivering high-capacity output under real production conditions.

The production line integrates the complete process from nonwoven folding, precise liquid dosing, multi-sheet stacking to automatic packaging. It is seamlessly connected with a downstream dual-parallel fully servo-driven lid applicator system, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow.

In high-speed operation, the two synchronized robotic units work in parallel to accurately position and seal plastic lids onto wet wipe packs. This configuration effectively maintains sealing precision and consistency even under high-cycle production demands, while ensuring stable line synchronization, making it well-suited for large-scale wet wipes manufacturing.
