Machine for Making Single Wet Wipes

This fully automatic single-use wet wipe machine features a four-side seal packaging structure and is specifically designed for producing single-use wet wipes. It is widely used in personal care, cleaning, and disinfection fields. Whether it’s facial wipes, antibacterial wipes, or travel-sized wipes, it can achieve stable and efficient automated production.

The machine is fully equipped, including automatic unwinding of raw paper, a liquid dispensing system, folding and cutting, packaging sealing, and date printing. The entire process is automated, requiring only minimal manual monitoring to complete the entire process from wet wipe substrate to finished product packaging. Its high-precision liquid dispensing and sealing system ensures that each wipe has the appropriate moisture content, a secure seal, and a neat appearance, meeting international quality standards.

Building upon standard single-use wet wipe production, we have also launched an “integrated intelligent production line”—seamlessly connecting the single-use wet wipe machine with an automatic bagging machine to automate the process from single-pack production to multi-pack packaging. The system automatically groups finished single-piece wet wipes into preset quantities (5, 10, 20, or 30 packs) and then packages them into zipper bags or pillow-style plastic bags. The entire process is high-speed, precise, and clean.

This modular design is particularly suitable for production models that require both retail and wholesale operations. Businesses can flexibly switch packaging specifications to adapt to different market demands, significantly improving production efficiency and packaging aesthetics while reducing labor costs associated with manual sorting and bagging.
