The raw material rack is compatible with various roll formats, supporting both small-diameter concentric rolls and in-line slitting of wide-width materials, thereby reducing changeover frequency and enhancing continuous production capacity.

Flying Knife Cutting System

This production line utilises a flying knife configuration, achieving a cutting speed of up to 600 cuts per minute, corresponding to a production capacity of approximately 7,200 pieces per minute. Cutting lengths range from 110 to 260 mm, with larger dimensions available upon request. The equipment is configured with four sets of blades operating synchronously; there is no need to remove blades when switching between different specifications, thereby reducing adjustment time and ensuring a stable production rhythm.

In-Line Inspection and Rejection

The equipment integrates a metal detection and automatic rejection system, capable of identifying products containing impurities or with abnormalities and automatically rejecting them. Additionally, functions such as opening inspection, label inspection, and lid inspection can be expanded, enabling real-time quality control during production and reducing the burden of manual inspection.
